A few simple things that help every visit run smoothly — and the chemical-service waiver we'll ask you to sign before colour or perm work.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment, so we can offer your time to another guest. If we don't receive notice for a missed or modified appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied before your next visit. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time and give your service the attention it deserves. For colour, lightening or any major change, we recommend a free consultation first — it's a relaxed, no-pressure chat to talk through your goals and get a clear quote before anything begins.
Service prices start from the amounts shown on our menu and may vary with hair length, density and the time involved. Your stylist will always confirm pricing with you before starting, so there are no surprises.
Before chemical services
For colour, lightening, perms and other chemical services, we ask guests to read and sign our Chemical Waiver Form. It covers the realities of chemical work — condition history, sensitivities and expectations — so we can give you the safest, best possible result. You're welcome to review it ahead of time and bring it in, or sign it at the salon.

Signed once, on paper
No online forms — your waiver is signed in-salon and kept on file. We never collect health details through the website.
